What's new for 2027

The biggest change is more indoor space, with a second stage inside the warehouse. The vinyl market featuring local L.A. record shops is also coming back.

All four named stages return, and Resident Advisor will again host one of them. Official afterparties are planned inside the Ace*Mission warehouse, with details and ticketing to follow nearer the event.

The announcement did not include 2027 artists. Two-day GA and two-day Stage Access passes are the options going on sale.

About the venue

Ace*Mission became Skyline's home in 2026. The industrial site in Boyle Heights mixes open-air areas with warehouse interiors. It once housed the Anderson family's beverage distribution business before being turned into production studios and creative offices.

A look back at 2026

Last year's bill mixed international headliners with local underground talent. It included Richie Hawtin, Ben UFO, Avalon Emerson, VTSS and KI/KI, plus back-to-back sets from The Blessed Madonna with HAAi and Marco Carola with Chris Stassy.

The Arts District stage focused on the local scene, with Juliet Mendoza, Victor Rodriguez b2b Perfect Lovers, Mez Monty, CQUESTT and Mesmé.

Why it matters

Factory 93 started in 2016 at a warehouse on Naud Street in downtown L.A. and grew into Insomniac's house and techno brand. It later launched Secret Project in 2018 and now runs the neonGARDEN stage at EDC's international editions and a stage at Sonus Festival in Croatia.

Skyline is the most focused of these projects, built for house and techno fans rather than the wider crowds at Insomniac's larger events. Insomniac has been expanding elsewhere too, as seen in its plans for a new Las Vegas events venue.
