GIZA, EGYPT — Thousands of electronic music enthusiasts are preparing to gather at the foot of the Great Pyramids of Giza as the inaugural Starlight Festival takes over one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World from October 9 and 10, 2026. Co-produced by European festival titan EXIT Festival and P+US (the electronic music arm of Egypt’s Venture Lifestyle), the four-day event transforms the Giza Plateau into an extraordinary multi-stage electronic music spectacle.
Bringing together an expected daily turnout of over 15,000 attendees from across the globe, the milestone gathering marks EXIT's premier destination format, staging high-tech music production against a 4,500-year-old historic backdrop.
A Multi-Day Journey Under the Stars
Running across four consecutive nights, Starlight Festival bridges ancient human history with cutting-edge electronic culture:
October 8: Official welcome parties and preliminary gatherings kicking off the long weekend.
October 9–10 (Main Events): Feature festival nights running late into the evening beneath the illuminated desert sky, framed directly by Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure.
October 11: Closing after-parties across Cairo's premier venues and rooftop spots.
The massive multi-stage lineup features over 50 global and regional acts, including techno and house powerhouses such as Charlotte de Witte, Michael Bibi, Adriatique, Indira Paganotto, Enrico Sangiuliano, Pete Tong, Vintage Culture, and WhoMadeWho.
