Every October, Amsterdam stops being a city with a nightlife scene and becomes, for five nights, the biggest club on Earth. That's Amsterdam Dance Event — ADE, if you've heard people say it and wondered what it stood for — and this year it runs 21–25 October.
What ADE actually is
ADE isn't one festival with one gate and one lineup. It's a five-night takeover: over 300 venues across Amsterdam, from Warehouse-scale rooms like Gashouder and Sugarfactory down to tiny basement bars, each running its own night with its own promoter, its own lineup, its own door policy.
Nobody sells one ticket that gets you into all of ADE, because there's no "all of ADE" to get into — there's a few hundred separate parties happening at once, and figuring out which ones your friends are actually going to has always meant scrolling ten different Instagram accounts and hoping someone remembers to text the group chat.
Why we built a page just for this
Our regular festival listings work great for the normal case: one event, one date range, one city, browse and save. ADE breaks that model on purpose — it's not one event, it's a few hundred events sharing a single week and a single city, which is exactly the situation our usual "one festival, one card" view was never built to handle.
So instead of forcing ADE into a shape it doesn't fit, we gave it its own hub: every party we could find in one place, filterable by day, each one showing who among your friends is already going, with tickets one tap away.

We've seeded the hub with everything we could find from the usual sources, but ADE is too big and too last-minute for any one list to stay complete on its own — if you're throwing a party, playing one, or just know about a night that isn't on there yet, you can add it directly from the hub. Submissions go live automatically once we can confirm they're a real ADE night in Amsterdam during the event window; anything else gets a quick manual look before it's added.
