Boomtown 2027 has its first closing acts: BICEP will close the Lions Den on Sunday and NOISIA will close the HYDRO XL stage. The festival takes place at Matterley Estate in Hampshire from 11 to 15 August 2027.

What we know
BICEP, the dance duo, will play Boomtown for the first time. The pair said they were very excited to finally bring their live show to the festival after years of trying to make it work.
NOISIA, the drum and bass trio, will take the closing slot on the HYDRO XL stage. No other set times have been shared yet.
The festival says it will reveal the first full wave of acts on Thursday 26 November, so more names should follow soon.
A new chapter called WILD STYLE
Boomtown describes its next chapter as WILD STYLE. It includes a reimagining of the Anara Forest area and the unveiling of The Transportal.
The Transportal will connect the Downtown area in the festival's bowl with Copperwood Heights and Thrutopia on the Hilltop. According to the festival, the new production will turn the journey between districts into an experience in its own right.
Why it matters
Two big closing names this early give fans a reason to plan ahead. A first-time BICEP live show at the Lions Den and a NOISIA finish on a large drum and bass stage point to a varied final night. The WILD STYLE changes also suggest the site itself will feel different for returning visitors.
